REGISTER AT SHOW OFFICE

Please register at the show office to pick up you exhibitor passes and make any final payments. You will receive a maximum of four exhibitor passes. If more than four people will be working your booth, please supply a printed or typed list of names on company letterhead by February 28. We will check these individuals through the exhibitor entrances. 

FOR EXPRESS CHECK-IN FILL OUT                     AND RETURN IT BY FEBRUARY 28.

 

MUSIC

Exhibitors are not allowed to play music or videotapes with copyrighted music backgrounds in their booth due to Federal Copyright Liability Laws. For more information, contact our office.

 

ELECTRICITY IN BOOTHS

There is a $40.00 charge for electricity in your booth. If you need electricity and have not notified us previously, please order it now or when you arrive for set up. Payment is required prior to set up.

BALLOONS

No helium filled balloons allowed.

 

EXHIBITOR ENTRANCE

On Saturday and Sunday the exhibitor entrances will be unlocked one hour before show time.

The exhibitor entrances will be the north door of All Seasons Building and south door of Olson Building.

 

SALES TAX PERMIT

If you plan to sell any taxable items in your booth, you must have an Iowa Sales Tax Permit. A temporary tax permit will be available at check-in for those exhibitors who do not have a sales tax number. Please contact us if you have any questions.

 

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Refer to the liability section on your contract.

Proof of insurance will be forwareded to Iowa Show Productions, Inc. If you do not have liability insurance, please use the link below for an affordable option to cover you for the show.

EXHIBITOR PARKING

During show hours, please park west of Olson Building or east of All-Season's Buildings.

Please save the close parking for your customers.

FOOD & BEVERAGE:

The Events Center has an exclusive food and beverage policy. No food or beverages (including intoxicating beverages) may be brought on or into the premises without prior approval. As a general rule, food representing less than 1/4 the normally acceptable smallest retail portion will be allowed.

 

LAWN MOWERS & TRACTORS

Fire marshall guidelines require minimal fuel, batteries disconnected and gas caps taped.

 

EXHIBITOR FREIGHT

The North Iowa Events Center will receive freight on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday during set up.
