Sunday Morning Worship Service

Outreach Outdoors will be providing a Sunday morning worship service for anyone that would like to attend. The service will be held in the Hunters Specialties seminar room and start at 9:15 a.m. Matt Hoffert will be delivering the message with music provided by Matt Thede. It would be great if you would come join us Sunday morning. www.outreachoutdoors.com

 

Matt Hoffert—Matt Hoffert was born and raised in Cedar Falls, Iowa where he attended Cedar Falls High school and later graduated from the University of Northern Iowa. After graduating college, Matt started work at Nazareth Lutheran Church in Cedar Falls and is currently on staff as director of the college and young adult ministries. He is an avid outdoorsman with a strong passion for archery, specifically bowhunting whitetails. Matt has combined his passion for the outdoors with his passion for ministry and has inspired many others to do the same.   He will be delivering the message at the Sunday morning worship.

 

Matt Thede---Matt Thede is an Iowa native having grown up in Reinbeck, Iowa. After leaving home Matt attended Wartburg College in Waverly, Iowa and graduated college with degrees in biology and secondary education. Currently he teaches and coaches at Cedar Rapids Prairie High School where his presence has had a great impact on many of his students and athletes. Besides his passion for bowhunting, fishing, and baseball, Matt enjoys playing the guitar. He uses this musical talent to lead worship at his church in Cedar Rapids and will be providing the music for our Sunday morning worship.
